Enemies not flipping correctly after collision. Help please.

my enemies are intended to just be moving obstacles but even while using "Collision -any" and "Flip - Togggle" they only turn once after they collide with a wall/grass and then just keep flipping on the spot after the second collision. I have slowed them down but it still didn't help.
What am I doing wrong?
