Most likely you added a giant object with physics properties and it pushes the player to the "void".
To add a background you have to be working in the background layer.
Remove the physics properties by deselecting "solid" in the object panel
You can use the "save" behavior to do that. If you don't know how to use it read flowlab handbook that can be found in the Help page.
I would love to help but I really don't have time to work on something else right now. I'm pretty busy and work overloaded already.
Anyway if you have any doubt about the flowlab engine just post it on the forums, I or someone els…
(I just had time to go fix the white thing now)
About the slide thing:
I mentioned it wrong. It only occurred when you were pressing the "a" or "d" + "s" it would never stop.
I don't know why or how I didn't see this before bu…
@grazer in the 2nd link I sent (Awakening) if you press "S" the player will slide and play a slide animation.
It was meant to be over after a few seconds(timer was supposed to stop animation and movement). But if you don't release the "S" key it w…
Hi, thanks for the update.
I can really notice the difference when it comes to performance.
I had a game that used to freeze a lot when not in the embed link.
With this update, only "lags" when I have a lot of objects (like 100 moving objects or mo…
I'm here to show you guys a quick update.
I didn't stop working on the game (obviously) but I'm working mostly on the outside instead of things in-game. I will add them later.

You will need to use the Save Behavior in order to keep numbers and etc. between levels
The block that spawns the Red guy won't spawn it because the number resets after going to the next level.
If you don't know how to create or use a save behavior…
I don't really get if you had a problem with player movement but if so,
the flowlab tutorial itself teaches and guides you how to create a player object. The only thing you need to do is create 2 objects, both with the movement bundle, and…
@PixelStudios aww that's sweet of you haha.
@AddoPlayz don't feel down for the feedback. Feedback is always good. You can improve your knowledge at flowlab, improve your art and make a better game that everyone will love.

Sorry for the delay. I noticed you had a lot of problems with it, so I decided to edit and show you what is the right way to do it.
If you want to understand how the "save" behavior works check this link:
So I checked your game and found a lot of issues.
Anyway, your sound problem:
Just as I thought you have something causing a loop triggering the sound every frame which causes distortion.
This thing is playing a sound and removing 1 Life point E…
Instead of your Mailbox "hp" starting the animation make it go up a frame each time it receives a message.
The first number is quanity of frames you want to add each time he receives the message.
The second number is curre…

Would love help.
Perhaps if you don't want to send the link you can check b…
Congratulations on creating the Yoshi mechanic and jump sound variation!
You could try to make Real dialogue boxes instead of messages pop-up. It would give a lot more nice looking Interface to the game.

You can't fully download a game package BUT:
As long as I know
1. You can now download sprites. Which creates a full sprite-sheet of all animations in that object.
2. You can screenshot your behaviors to have a reference/idea of what are y…
I recommend you first mastering the basics of flowlab. Once you get that you will be able to understand a lot more of your creations. And of course, make incredible games and make your dreams come to life.
